Great location!!
Riverview from your deck and river access. Partial lake views. Watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple 2 bedroom cottage with a deck with a view. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

If you value the view more than quailty sleep this is the place for you! Beds were from 1950 and the sheets were barely sheets. Says it sleeps 6 but it was extremely tight for 2 adults and 3 children. Good luck

Although very modest in size it suited our family perfectly. The river was a wonderful backdrop and the beach within a close walk. The manager/owner was very personable.
