Great location.
River access. Streetview, but use our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple apartment-style cottage sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, each room with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, Washer and dryer, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen tv, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Nice Two Day Visit

We had a good time at the rental. Tal the owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed chatting with him. Close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed for 5 days with my family of 5. Cabin was clean and everything we expected. Check in was very easy. I experienced good communication with the host. There are so many activities minutes away from the cabin. The beach is so close! Definately recommended! Mini golf was a 2 minute walk. Go karts was a 5 minute drive. There is an awsome zoo 20 minute drive. Jet ski rental on site, paddle board rentals by the beach. So many food options nearby!

Off-season - good price for the area

Very close to the beach with nice lawn space next to the river for summer activities (did not get the chance to use much but would enjoy that if we were there in the warmer months). Seems that going through VRBO may make communication less than ideal. Once on site Tal was very responsive.

Impressed with how clean unit was. Check in process is a little strange. You just walk around until you find someone that works there to let you in. I sent a few emails to property owner with questions before my stay but never heard back. I’m very happy though with my stay.

U will have a chance vs the seagull

We would like to BBQ beside the beautiful river, however if we didn’t holding the food on hand, be careful all ur food’s no matter cook well or not, the seagull just take ur food just a second, over then 20 of them just around us. Luckily we got the kitchen that have enough tool for us to cooked. But if there had a baking pan it will be perfect ~

Very uncomfortable beds and sofa. For a place that is not for partying and reasonably quit I was hoping for some much deserved R'nR Unfortunately did not receive that and left a night early.

Functional-

The space was as advertised. Check in was challenging since there are 2 properties in town with the same name which led to some confusion. Otherwise it served our purposes. My only pet peeve is the service charge tacked on to the rate but then the host lists all these clean up chores that a guest is expected to do..e.g. put the dishes away, empty the trash, etc or else suffer a cleaning charge. Well what is the service fee for? This is becoming more prevalent in the short term vacay ecosystem so much so that getting a hotel is more price competitive these days. And it comes with maid service.
