"Called to let hotel know we would be coming in late, around 11 pm from Mohegan Sun. Staff let us know our King room was all set- no worries. When we arrived we were told that the only King rooms they had left were either two handicapped accessible on first floor or a basement room w a walkout. Unacceptable, but it was 10 pm. Room was not updated at all, desk area had green and maybe Coke stains on counter. Obvi not cleaned well. Totally sub standard room for a Marriott Courtyard. NEVER...
