Manager contacted me about picking up the keys and checked to make sure everything was all set. They even gave me a heads up about limited so I g options if you come into town late. Although I let the hotel know about my late check-in at short notice and did not have Openkey accsess, the hotel prepared the room key for me at the front door of lobby and my family could have a good rest.
