Did like the large halls and room. The lobby look very nice. Bed seemed clean. But there was a hair in one of the beds. Desk not clean. Mostly quiet. But garbage cans at couple of the exits were overflowing, smelly, flies. Carpets in hallway stained. Had to use one of our very limited towels to clean the tile floor in bathroom area to clean up very sticky floors. Floor not washed. Staff a front desk during check in and again when asking about breakfast was very unfriendly. Not sure if it was the motel or the fact that they were working on elevator or something, but smell was really bad. Open window in room wide open to help clear smell. But also no screens. Also some questionable people one sitting on front step and another in back lot right by our open window. He kept eyeing a car he was parked next to walking around it. Left after about an hour. Breakfast was good.

The pool was closed for the season supposedly with a missing part which was not disclosed. Room was clean and comfortable. Appeared that a homeless couple helped themselves to the breakfast, one morning. Breakfast Staff was friendly and breakfast was prepared well.

Very disappointed! .Our shoes stuck to the dirty elevator floor,the carpet in front of our room door hadnt been vaccumed in a while we entered our room to find a clear garbage bag covering the smoke detector attached with a rubber band ,garbage was left on the floor outside the elevator. Website lists restraunt and bar and there wasnt one We checked out a day early and were denied a refund! I would not reccomend this Hotel. Makes a poor reputation for the Wyndam Hotels. I would add photos but this site wont let me.

The property doesn’t have the amenities that were advertised on Expedia. No restaurant, no bar or deli as advertised. The pool/hot tub and gym were at another property next door. In order to use them you needed a pass from the hotel and a copy of your driver’s license. The hotel took a copy of our drivers license for us, then told us they needed to keep our license until we came back to the hotel. We gave them back the passes and requested our license back. There is no way we were leaving our license with the staff. She could hardly handle checking us in. We didn’t receive any paperwork at check in, she didn’t tell us where to find anything, where to park, no mention of breakfast and time it is served, etc … Later when we came back from dinner we asked for the copy of our license and we were told the copies were with our paperwork. At check out the following day we asked again for the copies back and were told they were gotten rid of the day before. I made it clear that the night desk clerk said they were with our paperwork. She looked and had the copy of my husband’s license and his credit card, said she got rid of mine the previous day. No hotel should ever take a copy of a credit card or drivers license. We will never stay there again.

Didn’t get greeted for close to 10 min. Had hair in the bathtub and a ball of hair on the bathroom floor. The room didn’t seem clean. Almost talked to the front desk but when I returned to do so again nobody was up front. The next morning there was a young girl working who really seemed like she could care less. I travel a lot and we stay in the area for sports a lot. Bummed it didn’t work out.

The outside needs a good wash, some parts of the frame on the windows On the bottom part is coming off. Our air conditioner didn't work, I opened the window but didn't have a screen. There was hair stuck to the shower wall. The door to come in and out of the building on the East side stayed stuck opened, I closed it a couple of times but when I went out and came back it was opened again. Room did not get clean, there is a notice at the front desk but was not advised by the receptionist.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The lobby was dingy and unclean, but the room was disgusting. Very dirty, with broken and stained furniture, hairs on the sheets, holes in walls, floors, and ceiling, exposed wires, cupboards were sticky and had crumbs and possibly mouse poop. We did not stay. Receptionist would not allow me to speak with a manager and would not reimburse.

It was okay in decor and cleanliness but since it wasn't the cheapest it expected better. Coffee in lobby didn't work, and coffee machine in room had poor supply of coffee inserts, creamer and sweetner. Worst issue was ambulance chasers dream. Carpet trim betweem room and bath had trim screws 10-12mm exposed and could have easily drawn blood on bare feet. Breakfast was plentiful but not appetizing in appearance or taste.

We got a room at this property and it was obvious the floors weren’t cleaned and there was garbage in the room. We asked for a new room and the second room did not appear to have been cleaned at all. We got moved to a third room and it was still not clean, the floors and surfaces were dirty, so we asked if we could get a refund. We were told that we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Expedia. When we submit a complaint to Expedia they requested a refund from the hotel, but the hotel says they couldn’t provide a refund.

1. We were in a room at the end of the hall. The access door was outside of our room with no lock. There was no shock absorber on the door so it slammed every time somebody used it, which was up until one in the morning and started it again in between 4 and 5 AM. 2. There is not supposed to be any smoking within 50 feet of the door and there was a sign there. There were people actually sitting on the steps just outside the door smoking constantly. No staff member told them to move. 3. When we got there the cover that goes over the TV remote batteries was missing. When I let the staff member know, she said OK I’ll make a note so you don’t get charged. Why didn’t they know it was missing from the people that left before us and why didn’t they charge them? 4. The refrigerator made a loud clicking noise all night long, which kept us up. We couldn’t unplug it because we had a bunch of stuff/perishables we needed to keep in there. 5. When we first got there, the first room they put us up in, had a broken window frame and lock. Somebody could just slide the window open in the middle of the night if they wanted to. We were on the ground floor. So we had everything in the room already and then we had to move. 6. The telephone in the room did not work and did not have any power to it. Anytime we needed something we had to go to the front. 7. There was somebody living/or staying in the outdoor trash bin area just outside the back door. I think we should get a refund.
