「Affordable, good location, bed was a bit uncomfortable 」

「The property was disgusting, smelled like mold and mildew, broken down car parked outside, AC didn't work well, no smoke alarm, dirty bed sheets, dirty nasty carpet, gross bathroom, locks didn't work correctly on doors. Peephole was removed to leave an open hole, bedbugs, 'parking lot' in rear was non-existent, full of mud and potholes. Laundry, vending and ice machines, all unplugged or broken. No coffee pot or table and chairs in room. Used mattresses and furniture and appliances all lined...

「So roomy. No frills but more good things than you would expect from a way more expensive fancy hotel. Slept great too. Entry to room by way of a code mailed to you to get in and never have to interact with anyone. So fast, simple, clean and complete. Great stay. 」

「We enjoyed our stay...it was a older women's girls get away! The suite was very nice and comfortable. Our only concern was due to continuous rain and our suite was located in the rear, with no direct parking, we were forced to walk through very wet grass every time we left the suite.」

「Doesn't look like much from the outside, But JR is the most accommodating owner ever, and the place is very clean on the inside. Beds are comfortable, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV, microwave and fridge. Bathroom is bright and clean. The main building has a bar and pool table (free pool) and it is the most unique woodlands theme ever! Must see! JR has good recommendations for dining and everything is 15-20 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay.」
