「The first room we got was great until the stool stopped up, we had to go to the front desk to get a plunger, but I understood that the front desk clerk couldn't leave the desk. Well, couldn't get the stool unplugged, went down to the front desk and told her and she said " Well, you need another room." She gave us another room, right next door so that we didn't have to move our stuff very far. Great staff, will recommend and stay here again! 」
