The location couldn’t have been more convenient — especially being so close to the track, which made our entire trip smooth and stress-free.The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time, which made check-in and our stay seamless. The home was comfortable, well kept, and exactly what we needed after long days at the track.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"I didn’t eat breakfast there, and the A/C worked fine. Since we were notified that the carpets were damp, I assume they had recently been cleaned, the room had a strong unpleasant humidity smell. There was gum stuck to a picture frame above the bed, and there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks. Overall, you get what you pay for."

"The staff at the property was excellent from the front desk to the people that took care of the rooms. We had fresh linen every day. Our trash was emptied. That was excellent. The property is old. It needs help. It’s in such poor shape even the elevator didn’t work one day for sometime it just needs to be updated from the AC system to the carpeting in the hallways. It’s a very poor condition the bathroom tiles, the grout, the caulking toilet leak the whole time not on the floor but internally, and it continually ran the entire time. The place needs a serious overhaul. But again the staff was excellent very helpful. They took very good care of that end of it with what they had to work with."

"This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. The beds were clean, well made, and very comfortable. My mother even slept on the pull out sofa, which was clean and not neglected or unusable, again, like previous hotels I’ve stayed in. The room also included a clean blanket, fresh sheets, and an extra pillow for the pull out sofa mattress. The main and probably only critique I have is that the bathroom could have used a little more attention to cleaning detail. There were a few obvious grime spots in the tub/shower and on the back of the bathroom door. However the towels were nice and clean. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! The location is pretty accessible to local food and entertainment. This is a good option if you’re in town."

"We checked in late around 9 pm and the rooms ac was not working. The front desk advised to unplug and reset the ac. It did not work. A man come to fix the unit and he sat on the bed with jeans that had holes in the back. This was very unsettling. The ac did not work. They switched us to another room that smelled of cigarettes. We decided to stay in the room with no ac because we were told we would not get a refund even though the smaller room was less money. The room was very uncomfortable even with one unit working. The bedroom was not."
