"I stayed here for a tournament so all i needed was inexpensive, clean and safe. I got all 3. The location is great. In a neighborhood setting near the college. Close to everything. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC was a little noisy but cooled well. The breakfast is limited but better than nothing. They have a coffee machine so you are able to get a cup anytime. Pool was not operational and based on the reviews, hasn't been in a while. This is a smoking property...
