"This property was amazing. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, small weight room, game room with a pool table and arcade games. The lounge and dining area was comfy and while the restaurant wasn't anything fancy, it offered decent snacks and sandwiches and drinks. They have a fire pit at sundown and they sell s'mores kits. My teenage kids were over the moon. It was so much fun. I would hands down recommend and we will definitely be back. Can't say enough about it. "

"Wife and I came for a wedding and stayed here after for a few days in Vermont. The Essex Resort was a great home base for our travel, it felt so peaceful and the staff was beyond friendly. We felt taken care of during a time we wanted rest. We ate at Lazy Goat Tavern, walked the resort, and enjoyed the hot tub in our room (not all rooms have this)."
