"There was no breakfast, sauna was not working. Staff said that they were converting to a retirement village and it was advertised on his website that there was no breakfast, etc but on vrbo site I saw these things. No fire also. Basically cheaper places elsewhere. Wouldn't bother going back and no pleased with false advertisement."

"It was a bit noisy and can hear most sounds from outside. They were available for a late check-in but parking was limited at that time. They do have an overflow lot a bit down the street. It was comfortable and sufficient for the price."

The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk.
