The room was reasonably priced. When we checked in a young lady named Tiffany waited on us. She was excited to tell us about the hotel and all of its amenities. She made everything seem 5 stars. I can tell you her attitude is contagious. She seemed thrilled to answer any of our questions. 5 stars

The property was great. The agent from your company failed to listen to me. I very specifically wanted a room with a bath tub. Your agent booked me a a room with only a shower stall. The check in with the hotel took 30 to 40 minutes. The hotel stepped up and fixed your agents screw up

The location of the comfort inn is great and convenient for visitors to get around the shopping and dining in nearby towns. We loved the sweet tea and would have liked having sweet tea in addition to coffee in the lobby a few more breakfast items would be better. Our stay was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Really tight parking, i hardly parked my car. when i went inside to ask the receptionist where to park no one was there and i stayed at the counter waiting for someone to come by and help me find a parking spot because there were none, no one came but someone took there car out so i just parked there. We stayed here for one night. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, we did notice a few bugs inside the refrigerator, which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. There were a few options, but we found the quality lacking. The eggs appeared to be processed and weren't very appetizing, and there weren't many healthier choices available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving the breakfast and addressing the cleanliness of the refrigerator would make for a much better guest experience.
