「We love lakeside haven. This is our second time staying here and it’s our new favorite destination. I will say, this particular unit didn’t smell as good as the other unit and I think the big comforters could be washed. They didn’t smell very good. I think maybe why the unit is was a little stinky. But we loved it even so and will be back again. Thanks for accommodating our late check out. We appreciate it. 」

「The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

「正月に宿泊。４万円以上は高いが仕方ない。 スキー場まで駐車場を超えて５分ぐらい。とても便利。 部屋は広く、使いやすいが、館内の設備は古く、スキーロッカーはダメ（錆びている） スタッフはまずまず（アメリカレベルとしては）だが愛想はない。 歩いて１５分ぐらいのところにフレッシュマートというスーパーがあり、何でも揃う。 ソルトレークから車で向かう様にかならず通過するので、場所を覚えておくこと。 少し遠いが、WALLMARTやアウトレット（タンガー）もあるが、車ではないので、 行けなかった。 DEERVALLEYには目の前のバス停からバス（FREE　確か３番）でいけるが、今ひとつ わかりにくいので最初はタクシーで行った方が無難（１５＄） 隣のMOUNTAIN REZORTはいろいろ店があって賑やか。バスもそこから多数出ているので 番号と行き先を確認してからの方が良い。旧市街へは多くのバスが向かう。」

「The bathroom wasn't quite clean. Host never responded to messages. Location was convenient with a gas station next door, though a little shady building. Someone pushed all the buzzers at 5 AM and was pounding on the front door of the building. The condo was good enough. Provided plates didn't fit in the microwave. Dishwasher door couldn't open all the way and hit the refrigerator. Silverware drawer scraped against the dishwasher when trying to open it. Beds were comfortable enough. 」

「The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...
