Everything was great! Floors were a bit dirty, seems like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Other then that, it was a nice place to stay.

Ski trip

Nice location, clean and pet friendly. One night it was windy and fireplace made loud clanking noise all night. Only negative about property.

Needs improvement

Condo poorly stocked - no dishwashing soap, coffee filters, etc. good location, pool supposed to open at 9 but routinely locked and not open til 915. Good value for price but would not stay again

Had a wonderful time at Bear lake

Everything with the property was great. Check in and out process was painless and the property was very welcoming and clean. Nice amenities specifically the pool and hot tub. Located centrally and easy to get to garden city or lakefront.

We loved our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo! It was clean and cozy and had a great view of Bear Lake from the balcony. Right across the street from the marina and only a couple miles from grocery store and restaurants. There was easy access to the hot tub on site. Nice and relaxing trip in the off season at Bear Lake!

Bear Lake Getaway

Great stay. Updated property with lake and pool view

It was great. We had everything we needed. The property was clean. It was our pup's first time staying in a "hotel" so she needed a little adjustment. But everything was great!

Winter Break

The property was fantastic. We just happened to arrive the day a huge storm hit. The weekend also saw the coldest temps of the year thus far dropping to -11. We where delighted with our stay. This was a very clean, nice condo. The hot tub was nice.

From booking to check in and then check out everything was great. Easy to follow directions and instructions on how to enter the property, and then tge cgeck out process. Well done!

Perfect locale for me and my daughter.

This location is beautiful and well maintained. The best part is you are within walking distance of the marina and beach next to it. I love the fact this is an end unit which made getting in and out very quick and easy each day as well as unloading on arrival. The only cons for me were a lack of extra bedding. (there were a bunch of extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases), and the cupboards in the kitchen are short, making it difficult to store taller items like full size cereal boxes. Overall these were small issues compared to the pros this property offered and I will be looking at this specific unit the next time I’m back at Bear Lake.

Fantastic pet friendly unit in Garden City

We were coming to Bear Lake for a family reunion and had fairly low expectations of what we could rent that was pet friendly. Everything about this unit surprised us - prime location, recently remodeled, views of the lake and pool, and thoughtfully furnished. Some reviewers complained about the small bed but my spouse and I were more than comfortable. We will definitely come back next year.

Not quite 5 stars...

1. Once when I called the office the girl was somewhat short and rude. It was NOT Natalie - SHE WAS GREAT! We had to call a few times for missing or broken items in condo. 2. The condo was pretty clean until I looked under the bed (dirty & items left behind - I didn't notice until we were checking to leave and I had my dog w me - Yuk!) The underneath of the sofa sleeper when I pulled it out had some dog hair on it - not my dog's! We still enjoyed our visit because we love BL!

Great Condo

This is the second time we stayed here to go skiing at Beaver Mountain. It is perfectly sized and I love that you allow pets.
