"We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. "With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. If you are aware of the long trip down and up fom the parking lot you will enjoy your stay."
