「quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel.」

「The location of this hotel is fantastic right on the lake front with a lovely pool and sunbathing area with steps to swim in beautiful lake Orta. The restaurant is very good and busy so the noise from the restaurant may be disturbing but we were ok with the balcony door to our room shut. 」

「便利でいいホテルと思いますが、これは本当の事なのでコメントしましす。ガス漏れの臭いが間違いなくあると思います。改善が必要と思います。エントランス建物辺り。部屋のエアコンも窓と連動のようでして、全く効かなくなっている状況でした。駐車場も案内がなく困りました。」
