「Great place, they are in the middle of some construction but it was not a problem. Friendly staff and the starbucks mini pop up thing in the lobby was cool. The waterpark was sweet and not as busy as i thought it would be. Would stay again without a thought!」

「The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

「This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. 」
