"The hotel tried to give me a room on the ground floor when i reserved a room with a mountain view. They changed the room but it still was not what I would consider what I reserved. Paying $11.95 a day for parking to park in an open general parking lot is ridiculous. The hotel was in good condition and the breakfast was great."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Other than not knowing the pool was going to be closed when I made the reservation, the hotel was a decent for what I needed. The front desk staff was great & it was what felt like a safe, clean, & quiet hotel. The restaurant was decent for breakfast too. "
