"We loved our stay at the farmhouse! Francis was excellent in responding whenever we had questions. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown Empire, which were so close to the house. If and when we come to Empire again, we would be happy to rent this property again."

"The house is old, so not everything is perfect, but it's cared for and nothing is out of ordinary for a house it's age. It was a good location and good layout for a two family trip. No problems or complaints. It's about equal distance from Nub's/Highlands and Boyne mountain (15 or so minutes from each) and 10 minutes or so from downtown Petoskey, which has good restaurants and some shops. I would recommend this property for any large groups or families who are coming up to ski. Thanks again"
