"Very nice hotel with great helpful reception staff! Conveniently located, parking garage on site. Nice room, asked for refrigerator for medication, promptly delivered. Very good breakfast buffet! Would recommend it and stay there again!"

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast. We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"
