「It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.」

「I had an extremely distressing experience with Alpine Resorts Management. During our stay, we experienced a theft of 3000 euros, and the company’s response was utterly inadequate. They offered a discount code, which is completely insufficient given the severity of the situation.
