「The staff is very friendly. The usual pet friendly rooms are being renovated, so it is a longer walk to a grassy area. Otherwise everything is great.」

「Top hotel. Mooie en schone kamer. Ligging is perfect als tussen hotel richting bijvoorbeeld Algonquin Provincial Park. Vriendelijk personeel en van alle gemakken voorzien. 」

「Building is old, but well kept. Our unit was large and bathroom had been updated. TV picture could have been better (analog vs digital) but there was a good variety of channels.」

「Check in was very easy. Breakfast was amazing, a combination of hot breakfast and cereals. The pool was loved by my entire family and the on site laundry was a great amenity even though it was a little more expensive than the in town laundromat. Walmart being just across the parking lot was very convenient.」

「It is so easy to get to off the highway and is walking distance to a few beaches. People are friendly, the room was beautiful and we just felt comfortable as soon as we got there. We got a text pre-arrival with our room number and the where the key was going to be. Had we arrived super late (like we had at other locations this trip) we wouldn't have had to worry about the front desk being closed. 」

「Clean No kitchen utensils or cutleries or kitchen paper/towel was provided in the efficiency unit. What was provided or not provided should be decribed in the reservation page, so that the guest can be prepared. This is almost universal for Microtel.」

「This is something that you are seeing driving over Lake Superior. People buying old run down properties and working tirelessly to fix them up. It is not fancy or spectacular, but the room was very clean and pretty comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. I would (and most likely will) stay there again! 」
