"Horrible experience. Found bed bugs"

"The place was very outdated, and what they called a “gym”, literally looked like someone’s grandmas room with a few 5kg plates in a corner. It had an old place smell. We booked two rooms, one was supposed to be with one queen bed and another one with 2 queen beds. Both had queen beds, not very neatly bedded. My husband walked in and suggested we check for bed bugs and to our very unpleasant surprise, we found two under the mattress. We reported it to the staff, they offered to change our rooms but we didn’t feel comfortable so we asked for a refund and went to Villa which was literally a night and day experience. Will never recommend this place to anyone."

"We stayed there last weekend for 2 nights while on a sled trip. The warm garage is amazing! And the I don’t think you can get a bad meal from the restaurant. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. All and all can’t beat the companion "
