「The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. I booked using afterpay and received messages from the property management team wanting proof of payment and they wanted a picture of a physical card for proof which was not available due to using Afterpay, so I would advise anyone who is...

「今まで泊まった中でサービス最悪でした。 1) クリーニング費払ってるのに掃除にも来ず、タオル等の入れ替えもなし。 2) ティッシュが無く、トイレットペーパーも予備が無い。 3) 置いてあるグラスに汚れがある 4) ルーターあるのにWi-Fi使えない。問い合わせると無いと言い張られる。 5) アーリーチェックインを申し込んでいても結局できない。 等々、ツッコミ所が多過ぎて思い出しても腹が立つ。 世界中色んなホテルに泊まって来たが、サービス悪いというよりもサービスの無いホテルは初めて。 一つだけフォローすると立地はいい。 それを打ち消して余りあるホテルです。」

「チェックイン時に３回部屋を移動しました。最初の部屋に行くとキーが反応しなくて入れない、次の部屋に行くとベッドのサイズが予約と違い小さくてダメ、３回目の部屋で落ち着きました。最初の部屋はどう見てもドア側のセンサーが古くて悪そうでしたので、ドア側のセンサーの確認をした方がいいと思います。 最初の夜、家族３人でキングサイズベッドで寝ていると、突然ベッドの真ん中が落ちました。ベッドの下を見ると支柱が３本ずれてしまっていました。翌朝部屋を変更してもらい助かりましたが、今回の宿泊でトータル４回も部屋を変更することになり、疲れました。でも、受付の方は親切に対応してくれましたので助かりました。」

「The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. 「Loved the place! Completely sufficient and comfortable for me and my family of 5! Views were everything!!! Must I add this is the perfect destination to be at, in Panama City. Especially during spring break or if you have children or even if as a couple! Never had to drive my car the entire stay! Everything you could want or need is walking distance. Really not even a block away! I loved this condo and plan to book it every visit to panama」
