「A beautiful place, with stunning grounds and views. All the staff were delightfully friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was immaculate, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The only drawback to staying in Rhianfa Lodge was the steepness of the slope up from the car park and of the steps down to the gardens and main hotel, especially in the rain - but then, we are not as agile as we once were! We liked the quirky music room, and the cosy bar with its array of Welsh beers and spirits....

「Because it was a holiday weekend, and it rained, and there were accidents, we were 2 hours late, and one hour after check in. We called, and Ian said "No problem". We walked in and I was apologizing like mad, and Ian just said "You are here now, just relax". I could have hugged him! The house is beautiful, the décor just lovely. 「Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. 」
