"The whole checkin and check out team was very efficient and professional. The room was of good size with plenty of storage , big wardrobe and a safe. The bathroom was also spacious with all the amenities. Our room looked towards the mountains and the fall colours were beautiful. The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. The dining room had a very good menu and the dishes were all reasonably priced. The food was well presented and delicious. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Highly recommended. was very "

"We had a staycation at the Quay hotel and the room was just awesome with a view of the city. When we checked in the staff at the front was a total sweetheart, checked us in early, gave a free bottle of wine and upgraded us with a view. The hotel location is stellar with a food market literally two floors down and all lower Lonsdale has to offer including seeing sailing ships and yachts at the harbour. It truly was an awesome experience and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fun walk friendly and comfortable place to get away!"
