「The welcome when I arrived was much appreciated. Any interaction I had with the staff at reception was some of the most professional, yet friendly, I’ve experienced. That alone, would make be want to stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy. 」

「From check-in to check-out via breakfast and dinner, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy. 2 night stay in which the 2nd night was a bit noisier but nothing verging on causing a disturbance. Ideal location for city centre and for the University, where we had a concert on the saturday night. Food was fairly priced and extremely tasty. 」

「We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. 」

「Totally surprised how nice the room was in the Stag. Room was immaculate, everything worked, cleaned and replenished with tea/coffee and biscuits, bed made and clean towels, Yes!!! Every day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, if I wanted anything it was given and more without question.
