「Staff was amazingly helpful, room was clean with a really good views, breakfast was nice and fresh.」

「Nice large room, and quiet, although alongside A1. Bed and pillows a little too firm for my liking, and was woken at 1 am by a very noisy group of women thumping and talking loudly down the corridor - not comfortable enough to go back k to sleep again, but the noise was not the fault of the hotel. Generally a good place to stay, nice food and a decent breakfast.」

They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. 「Superb location and venue. Delightful pub with top cask ale and the food was sublime. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were highly friendly and attentive. The only negative was the electric shower which was very temperamental and low pressure. A real treat though overall.」

「I was in The Tack Room, which seems to be fitted out for disabled visitors. 2 single bed, but both too firm to be comfortable for me. Quirky mixture of old and a bit newer, but had charm and character. Very quiet location. Nice breakfast, though sausages were a bit peppery.」
