"The property and rooms were great. The only let down was that there was no front desk or anyone there to check you in. Myself and another guest were trying to check in and neither one of us could get a hold of anyone to tell us what room we were in. The house keeping staff was helpful in getting us to our rooms eventually but this was very frustrating to deal with."

"No on-site staff but we had everything we needed and the common area was fantastic. Walls are a little thin (it’s a very old building) but most guests were very quiet. Less than 10 minutes from Sunapee ski area! Will definitely stay here again. "

The complimentary breakfast had good choices. he game room was a good addition, especially when the pool was down for cleaning for the whole after ion and evening we were there. So close to Sunappee and good options for dinner nearby. "

"The house was great and very comfortable! It was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat up, but it was a very cold spell. Enjoyed the little 'snacks' treat and other touches. Could use some more cooking/baking equipment in the kitchen. Overall very happy with our stay!"
