「The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit.
