Maiya was helping a returning couple before us and she knew them and was eager to have them back. Her approach to greeting, explaining the area, and answering all questions was top notch! 「6泊7日しました。 一か月以上前からの予約です。 途中で抗議したのですが、イヤイヤながら、2回部屋を無理やり変えさせられました。 その度に、本館と離れ館の間を100mを徒歩で行ったらきたり、最悪の対応です。 調整不足のフロントの対応に激怒しています。 ワタシはオススメしません。 」
