"A decent stay for the price"

"This hotel offers a vibrant location with plenty of nearby activities and dining options. The attentive staff, clean surroundings, and robust security enhance the overall experience. However, the room cleaning schedule every three days might be a downside for guests expecting daily service. Overall, it's a solid choice for those seeking convenience and a lively atmosphere. "

"The lobby was very nice and front desk staff when I checked in. But there's a restaurant or bar downstairs and there were people standing and talking loud in the parking lot when we arrived by the front door and by the outside pateio area of that place. It was just unnerving/worrisome because I was traveling with my young child, and after 11:30 pm. Ì felt the noise level and party crowd was inappropriate and inconsiderate especially for a Wednesday night. It would have been nice for a mini fridge in the room too to put our water and juice over night while we rested from our drive. Bed, sheets, pillows where hreat quality and so comfortable. I slept amazing as did my daughter. The bathroom would be better with an exhaust fan as the shower steamed it up very quickly for us in the morning getting ready and had to prop open door to clear the mirror before I could finish getting ready while my daughter slept. The closet/hall area had paint repair coverup splotches of a different color which was very noticeable. Bathroom door and doorknobs were kind of junky looking despite the bathroom upgraded look. The bathroom floor mat towel had a stain on it too. To top it off I had to pay a $100 deposit (standard for all guests) on top of my room cost which was already $94 for the night. The front desk notice says it'll take up to 10 days for my deposit to refunded. This seemed excessive all things consconsided. I've stayed in high-end hotels that didn't require a deposit. "

"Fell in love with the kind people of Omaha this week. It’s so easy to get around Omaha, and the location of this hotel is great, with only a few minutes drive to get anywhere from the Zoo to Old Market, etc. the rooms are large and very comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly, the bar and speakeasy are clever and relaxing. The hotel also has a shuttle service to locations within three miles and Nick was really great to us. Would stay here again without question. "

"We love the feel of having a little studio apartment that met our needs while we were there for a Celebration of Life gathering. It allows us the space to finish planning and implementing. Especially loved the full kitchen which allowed us the storage and prep space. The staff was friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the "real breakfast options" they provided."

"When checking in, no one was around to be found! It was a later check in like 10pm and we were tired of traveling and a 2nd group of people came in waiting as well. No one in office, no one in hall ways, no one out side front door smoking. No sign on desk saying when they would be back. After 10+ minutes someone came because I literally called the hotel to make the front desk phone ring! "
