「The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.」

「TERRIBLE experience. First the elevator was smelly and stained. The room was moldy and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing, towel racks pulled out of the wall and the TV didn’t work. They moved us to another room which was a little better but still the TV didn’t work and they said maintenance was only there Monday through Friday (hotels are 24/7 365) so that was unacceptable. Finally I told them we wanted a refund and we were not staying. The man at the desk (via ring doorbell)...

「Aside from a stain on one of the walls and the nearby carpet, the result of an apparent spill, the room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Very professional and expressed appreciation when I mentioned the stain.」

「Our host was very responsive with clear and concise instructions. The property was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, quiet, and supplied with everything we needed.We would stay there again.」

「The one working nights, Peter, was so very kind to me, going over concerns I had. I felt comfortable talking with him. As well, his sister was great with additional concerns. There was one other that helped figure out the waffle making device so I could use it. Such a good experience. Breakfast was a nice assortment! All in all a very nice experience indeed.~ Price was right too!!」
