「We had a great stay! The staff was so helpful. A gal named Kiki at the front counter went above and beyond to make our stay even better. I would highly recommend!」

「Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.」

「The room was clean enough but this is not a Marriott level facility. It was not well maintained, the furniture was beat up, very meh overall. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible.」

「I would like to give a big thank you to Jess and another lady, we didn’t get her name. The 7-3, 3-11 shift. Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable...

「Reviews must be fluffed up to have an 8 plus rating. Although hotel is being renovated which seems to be an improvement there is a pest control issue. There was a couple of dead bugs at the door then another one in the bathroom the next day, Room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned the next day but there was a tip envelope readily available. Other frustrations included no trash receptacle in the bathroom, plugs on furniture sparked or didn’t work, bed squeaks and no iron or ironing board in the rooms.」
