Do not stay here! Not up to expectations for a La Quinta.Tired, aged facility with minimal to no room housekeeping, sack "lunch" breakfast, appears that some customers are long term residents. Cleanliness of room was questionable.. Has to ask for clean toqwla during 6 night stay

Each time I seen someone at the front desk they were complaining about cleanliness, the first person was literally right as I was checking in she came in disrupted my transaction to go on her rant and tell front desk they were leaving she was offered another room but turned it down there were 2 other occasions but I didn’t catch what they said just some explicits there are 3 different vending locations that I’ve noticed all machines are broke or not working at 2 of them the 3rd location is fine I got the suite my room was nice wasn’t dirty so really no complaints on my room however I’m huge on free breakfast so whenever I stay I always make sure they offer breakfast before I book and this place said it has it it even the front desk told me upon check in what time breakfast was went down in the morning absolutely nothing all chairs were still flipped up on the tables however what confused me is the trash can was overflowing by 2 feet with empty muffin boxes but where’s the muffins lol I just went elsewhere for breakfast pretty dissatisfied

The staff was super rude and disrespectful. The manager also ran my card 4x after I had already paid for the hotel prior to getting there and was trying to charge me again which resulted in my card being shut off for fraudulent activity. I was then told I had to repay my original fee plus another deposit to be able to have my room. I refused to pay again(shouldn’t have had to) and was informed I couldn’t cancel my room and would still be charged AGAIN for the room even though I wasn’t able to use the room!!! I would NOT recommend this place. It needs new workers and better management.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. No hairdryer; didn’t bring one with me because most motels have them available. Couldn’t use one of the electrical outlets - for some reason couldn’t plug in my sleep machine. Breakfast not available because of problems in food preparation area. Was offered a “bag breakfast” but not sure what that meant.
