"Fantastic hotel for the art deco feel! Deceptive cost for out service laundry! That needs to be broken down much better! Also, windows were sooo dirty because of construction right outside, which I did not know upon booking, so you can barely see put; it gives a very dingy feel. It was also absolutely no Q-tips or cotton balls were in the room and when I ran out of tissue that was it for three days because I learned when you put the sign on the door even though you’re asking for Service, the other side seems to be used as an excuse which says please do not disturb. Very frustrating. Thomas was also fantastic attendance though at the front door and Jennifer, the hostess of the restaurant, was just superb and the food was spectacular!! This made up for the rest of it."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. It was a close (3-5 minute walk to the chi health arena, with lots of options for food and entertainment. My only complaint is that the noise from the road below is quite loud. If we were to stay here again, I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great."
