We had a great stay! The accommodations were spacious and just what we needed for our family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort is beautiful! We stayed at the end of October the weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the heated pools! We will be back!

We had an amazing vacation and the condo was great for our family of 7. Excellent views, clean room, onsite food (brick oven pizza and wings) were great. Definitely would recommend and we plan to visit again.

The condo is even more impressive than it looks in the photos! First of all when you arrive on property, you are met with the feel of coastal luxury as the grounds and villas are beautiful and the towers look like a castle. The hallways of the resort are beautifully lit and the entrance to the condo looks like it accesses the presidential suite. The 8th floor of the Jasmine Tower where this condo is located offers a perfect view of the ocean and the array of pools below. The unit was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We really liked the artwork and appreciated all the modern updates. The primary bath with double shower is amazing. Deck seating was great, and we loved that seating in the family room was so well thought out with space for our party of five to all have their own comfy spaces to sit for games and TV. We would definitely book this unit again!

Condo was as described. Living room couches could use a good yearly cleaning. None of the remotes worked for any TV but maintenance fixed that issue the next day. Master bedroom has balcony access and master bathroom double shower was a nice touch! Amenities in kitchen where more than you would need to feel at home. Overall would definitely chose this unit again!

Nice and would likely stay again. The check in process was a bit much. One person working and we had to wait 24 minutes to get our keys to the room. Would have liked the pool where the pool bar is to be cleaner. The pool bar manager is a prick and lucky he did not get knocked out after he grabbed my friend because he thought he had a non pool bar drink.

Love the layout, but overall the place needed to be cleaned better. Shower floors slimy, sliding doors covered in fingerprints, floors needed a good cleaning. definitely not as clean as last year.

Very nice unit, great layout for a family or group of 4-8

This well-stocked 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit was perfect for our family. It was on the 8th floor of the Jasmine Tower of North Beach Resorts, a great, all-ages property. We only experienced 2 minor hitches, and both were resolved quickly, thanks to responsive communications with Brittain. Have already recommended this unit to others, and hope to visit again soon!

BEWARE! I was notified about a week before our stay that we were being moved to another unit due to a “maintenance” issue. Come to find out… we were moved from this specific updated unit on VRBO because the owner decided to come stay AFTER we already rented it. So essentially they performed a bait and switch. The front desk confirmed the maintenance issue was not with this unit and that it was the owner that booted us from this unit to put it bluntly.Therefore, I would caution those looking to rent this specific unit based on the upgrades and pictures that you very well may not receive this unit and be put in one that is not updated or decorated as nicely. We did receive a price adjustment but in my opinion… this did not take care of the issue. Promising someone a specific unit to only be told a week before that it is no longer available leaves no time to adjust plans and u r simply “stuck” with that they move you too. An Owner should have to honor if the u it is already booked and not have ability to bump. I hope VRBO posts this as others should fairly be aware of this!

Everything was quite nice and as shown. Recent updating shows and appreciated. Balcony furniture was top quality with full table. Master bath with two rain head showers. Owner easy to work with and good communicator. I will be booking this same Unit in the near future.

As described, very nice condo

The condo was as described, very clean, well maintained, and spacious. The decor was very well done. The amenities provided were excellent (daily towel exchange, bath supplies, and garbage pick up, full size washer/dryer in unit, beds made on arrival, ample dining spaces). We had a few issues which were addressed promptly. The only major issue we had was the very loud music from the pool area every day from 10:00 am until 6-6:30 pm. We had expected to be able to relax on the large balcony, and see and hear only the ocean waves all day on our vacation.The constant loud, blaring music prevented this. The check in process was not clearly explained, and we were in the wrong buildings several times before a staff member at another facility kindly provided directions.

Beautiful get away !

Better than I could have hoped for. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Short distance fromBarefoot Landing shops and eateries.

Great location and nice resort

We had a lovely weekend enjoying the pools, hot tubs, and bars available at the resort. The condo was well appointed with kitchen items, which made cooking breakfast easy.

Beautiful, spacious, modern unit!

Very nice unit with excellent, unobstructed views of the pools and ocean! We found all beds very comfortable contrary to a recent posted review. Wonderful layout and each bedroom has great privacy with own bathroom. The only minor issue was the sound of water tricking/running in the master bedroom from the unit above. Ear plugs resolved the issue

Great location, great space, customer service lacking.

Overall the condo met our needs. It was great space for my family of 6. The location was convenient to the golf tournament we were playing in as well as many great restaurants. The beds were uncomfortable.The biggest disappointment was that on the ride home I realized I left my Dyson hairdryer and curling wand under the sink in the bathroom. When I called about it, they sent me to a website to report it. No one has been responsive. When I have followed up with the resort and the host contact, no one has been willing to go into the condo and get me items. This is extremely disappointing.

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of space for 6 adults and 3 small kids. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a great outdoor table. Weather was cold but kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

The pictures does no justice. I have no complaints with this property. I'm actually ready to book again. The features in this unit was awesome. Soon as we walked in the door, it smelled so clean. Beautiful oceanfront view. The owners checked in periodically to make sure we had all we needed.

Family Trip

This resort is amazing and the unit is equally as impressive. The unit is close to the elevator, which was ideal for my parents who are older. The pools and staff were super nice. My only suggestion would be to add a keurig and update the mattress in the main bedroom. The mattress is 2 pushed together and the sheets don’t fit. It was very annoying. Over all it is a great unit.
