"The staff gets an A+. Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly which is a breath of fresh air considering how hospitality has generally declined post-Covid. We had a problem with our private cabana door opening to the pool. Security and maintenace were on it within minutes. The pool manager gave us a free daybed to use for our inconvenience and the hotel reception called within 30 min to offer a new room. The District 3 private cabana room was pretty awesome. "This was my first experience in Vegas. When I arrived at the hotel to check in one of the staff members used an Ugly Tone of Voice towards me. She was very Rude. She seemed frustrated with the guests before me and as I approached she told me to wait before I come up to her but it was her tone of voice. Other than that I enjoyed the entire stay. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows as well. The rooms were nice and clean. "
