「My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!」

「Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. 」

Sitting on the porch, watching fire flies and the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings is just what we needed to relax.
