「Beautiful property」

「We didn't end up staying due to a change in plans but the host went beyond what was required to accomodate our changes and help us at a loss to himself. Communication could be spotty but he always got back to us when we messaged. Thanks for being a good host even though we didn't stay!」

「This is a lovely little place . Very homey will make you want to stay again and again . Beautiful inside, everything you need, and then some. The host is amazing and is trady to answer any questions you may have . Easy access to the highway which can take you to Norris Lahe, Gatlinburg , and other attractions. We give this place a 10 out of and 10z Would definitely stay again ! 」

「Host was generous in letting me stay later than typical check-out. The space was clean and what we expected.」

「The house was in need of a thorough dusting upon arrival, and there were several soft spots in the flooring that were concerning. The temperature inside the house never got below 72 degrees, making every room feel hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition or appearance of the house. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not meet expectations based on the listing.」

「The cabin was cute and ameleld fantastic. Was very comfortable and the host had great communication.」

「Great location, very clean, loved the bear decor!」

「Loved the rustic cabin. However the cooling systems are very difficult to manage. Eco friendly thermostats for main floor and basement and seemed to do their own thing even when we manually adjusted. No hot water in the bathroom on the main floor. Also the upstairs bedroom has a portable AC unit which again would not stay on to cool the room. Made some of the stay a bit unpleasant for 9 people. Hot tub was great as were many other amenities. 」

「The cabin was nice and met our needs, however, the twin mattresses were subpar and the WiFi was not great. Location was good. We loved the deck and the hot tub!」
