「We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.」

Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. 」

「Less amenities since it is lower in Hilton chains but worth the price. This location was very clean and still seemed new. Only continental Breakfast but they say that up front. Recommend for a quick stay.」

「My room was quite nice, and quiet. Any issues I had (only one) was addressed immediately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Convenient to I-75, food and gas stations. I make this particular trip every three months. I will stay here again.」

「The only problem that I seen there was no microwave in the room and the breakfast was not up to standards. I think breakfast should be more than cereal and honey buns I understand that it's a financial thing. It's just my opinion cause a lot of them don't serve any breakfast but if it's offer I think it should be more.Other then that the staff took care of any situation that occurred and very helpful and professional.」

「Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.」

「This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. 」
