ノース ノックスビルのアパート

「We enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The Roku didn’t work and the trains woke us up at night. 」

「Easy in and out. Parking was so easy. Could add a hook in the bathroom but if that’s all I have to say - it’s wonderful. Simple one bedroom house that is easily accessible. About a 10 min drive to downtown.」

「The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.」

「The location was walking distance to campus and the restaurants on Cumberland Avenue. We were there for a campus tour and it was a great way to get a feel for the off-campus housing experience. The apartment was perfect! Great use of space. It had EVERYTHING that we needed.」

「We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

「This is a great little studio apartment in a walkable, fun area. It is perfect for couples or singles. The host is responsive and friendly when you have a question. We would stay there again without hesitation.」
