「It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.」

「Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend」

「This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!」

「New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.」

「This property was great & wonderful for our stay. We were in this unit for 5 nights, it was very clean & very peaceful. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. The property did not lack closet space but it did lack a chest of drawers to lay your clothes in. It did have a hanging cloth shelf compartment but after my hubby put away his clothes, there was no space for my items! Maybe 2 of those hanging compartments would be idea. 「Very nice house near Watt avenue, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet being that it's close to a busy area. The back yard is fabulous and great for grilling and relaxing outside. Will definitely be back next time we're in Sacramento.」
