Beautifully renovated one bedroom in the heart of Roseville. Boasts mini split system, which provides individualized control over the temperature of each room. Equipped with a smart outlet, flatscreen TV, cooking, essentials, and Keurig machine for your convenience. Beautiful new bathroom with LED mirror and provided toiletries. Balcony off of the living room overlooks the canal and trees. Premium sound white noise machine.

Snacks, coffee, and toiletries provided.

Please let us know if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Will add the extra touches to make sure your stay is memorable

To enter the unit it is required you grow up a set of stairs, about 10 steps.

Please make sure you book for appropriate number of guests. $75 fee per unauthorized guest. Please do not block driveways or vehicles. Street parking only. No smoking of any kind and unit.

$400 cleaning fee for events or gatherings $450 fee for any smoke damage. NO PETS of any kind without prior host approval.

Does not look like it’s pictured. It’s dirty, and dusty. The owners control the AC UNIT, and won’t go below 72. The female owner is rude!
