「Place was great. I had 1 small issue with tv and they fixed I in less then 5 mins. 」

「Smooth check in. Called ahead indicating we would be late. They let us know what room we’d be in and they left the light on. 」

「This hotel surprised me. The exterior is very dated but the family room was spacious, it had a full kitchen and a private outdoor space. I would stay again.」

「This is our second time staying at Pecos Trail Inn. We loved it so much the first time that we wanted to come back! This hotel makes us feel like locals, not just tourists visiting Santa Fe. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The rooms are updated, clean, and decorated in the Santa Fe style. The restaurant is great! We didn't try it until our second visit, but we wish we had gone sooner. The food is genuinely New Mexican.」

「Updated rooms and friendly owners / staff. Location could be better – lots of folks roaming the sidewalks – but the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure that the property itself feels safe, with multiple security cameras and a well-lit parking lot. Rooms are well-insulated from road noise, A/C is fantastic, and make-your-own waffles for breakfast were a nice touch.」

「The lit exit sign above the back door in the room was strange...had to put a bag over it to sleep.」

「Front desk dude wasnt rude but wasn't enthusiastic. IDK if it was just me. Nice stay tho. Everything was clean and easy」

「Hotel had a great vibe. Grounds were nice with native plants and lots of hummingbirds. Pool and fire-pit area were nice to relax in. Brew pub/bar had a nice atmosphere. Complimentary beer at check in was a nice surprise. You could walk to the botanical gardens across the street- which was also great. 」
