"The staff was very kind and efficient. When we walked in the room the temp on the AC was 62 degrees! Freezing. The room next to us had their TV up very very loud til midnight.😞 The shuttle drivers were very accommodating for an older gentleman who had forgotten his wallet in the lobby and was headed to the airport. They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet."

"Airport shuttle was good! Hotel was clean but they don’t clean the rooms every day. Maybe they are not use to people staying for long time since it is very close to the airport. Most people just stay a night and they prefer cleaning the vacated rooms. If you are used to daily cleaning you might be disappointed. However, the staff were friendly"

"While the rooms are clean, there are roaches. The front desk manager Anakaren is patronizing and rude. However, the maintenance staff (Mike specifically) was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is actually impressive for continental breakfast. The gym is just okay and not as pictured on the website."
