"This is an affordable option with well designed rooms and good location. Breakfast is standard. Front desk was off putting at check in but morning staff were cheerful and professional."

"We stayed for a family vacation. It is perfect location for gem mining, trout fishing, grandfather mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. No food places walking distance though."

"I am a newly transitioned trans woman, and I have been traveling as my authentic self for the first time. I was treated very well at the Aloft and the city of Asheville in general- I was only misgendered one time. The rooms, bar and dining area, the ledge, the pool deck, and all the common areas were inviting and bright. I enjoyed breakfast on the ledge and a dinner in the dining area - the service was excellent. I liked the check in/out area - it felt informal and friendly, like I was visiting a friend. I am not specifically a dog person, but I did enjoy how well dogs were treated here, and I did tell me dog loving friends about it. Asheville is a city on my list to see again and again, and the Aloft is the only place I will be staying! Tiffany Chase"

"This property no longer has the amenities listed. No spa, no 9 hole golf course. The fitness club and indoor pool are gone. The outdoor pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Front desk, bar staff and restaurant staff were all wonderful."
