"The manager and staff were very friendly and supportive through the stay. However, it was awful on arrival because of a glitch that caused dozens to have no rooms available. We had been on planes for 24 hours, then in the train metro to Manhattan, walked with luggage to the lobby to find a mess. ..."

Jan 30, 2020The are is up and coming. Plenty off great Latin-American and Caribbean restaurants with great food, drink and music. We went to Rumba Cubana which had a native Cuban preparing top notch monitors, to Latin music upstairs. Great views of NYC.
