「The Birchwood Lodge was a nice choice for staying in sister Bay Wisconsin. We enjoyed the spacious room our room overlooked the pool on the second floor and there is also plenty of other amenities available on property. We would stay here again.」
「Mouse infestation, dirty sheets, and hair covered floors did not make for a good stay. We saw three mice Saturday night. Our bag had to be kept in our garage upon return to ensure the problem didn’t spread to our house. 」

「Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change!
Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout....
