"Beautiful home with plenty of room for family gatherings. You can walk to the Cana Island lighthouse, and even roam the island free of charge before 10am and after 5pm if you like. We loved the Crow’s Nest, where you can stargaze and take advantage of the clear skies in this area (a Bortle 2 light pollution rating). As to parking, we had 5 cars and managed with little to no juggling - although there’s room for several more cars, parking logistics would become trickier.All in all, we’re very much looking forward to our next stay."

"First of all, the location is great: right on the lake, and central to downtown Bailey’s Harbor and the marina. It has a great deck and outside sitting area for spending time looking at the lake. The room was comfortable and clean. Downside - the breakfast isn’t much and we experienced issues with the TV and lack of assistance with that. There was no information in the room about how to work the TV. After a visit to the office we were told they used Direct TV. Did not work. After another visit to the office we were told all the rooms except ours used Direct and our room used YouTubeTV. Still did not work. After a third visit to the office they called the owner and we were told they can not control how much Wi-Fi others used and the signal was not strong enough. Hmmm. We were there 3 nights. Seems like they need to do some work. My brother had a room there also - his TV worked fine."

"My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful property for our 1 year anniversary. When we arrived; we were both blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. As soon as you drive up; you see a small cute home surrounded by incredible landscaping. We were immediately floored by the attention to detail here. The flowers; the plants; the entire property is just gorgeous. Its nice and secluded which is important to us. We heard woodpeckers; all sorts of birds; and just natural beauty we don't get in the city. That Japanese Maple was INCREDIBLE!Then we opened the door to the home; and we were just both floored at how cute and quaint this home was. The interior design was perfect, and we both said we wished our home looked like this. Peaceful, not overwhelming in anyway; and once again; just the attention to detail was unmatched. This might be our favorite rental property we've ever stayed at. Communication with the owners was perfect. Basically, "let us know if you need anything, and if not, we will leave you alone" and that was perfect. It was close to everything you'd want to do in Door County. I can't recommend this place enough. We are still buzzing about how perfect this trip was days later. Thank you for an incredible stay."

"The location and view are absolutely perfect. If you are strictly on vacation it’s a great house. If you have a wedding or event, be aware the bathrooms and lighting are a challenge. Hosts are very responsive. Also understand that one of the bedrooms can only be entered through another bedroom. It was overall a comfortable home for our group."
